The Alliance for Continuing Education in the Health Professions Almanac Right to Publish Agreement

Thank you for authoring content (the "work") for the Almanac. In order to fully utilize your work, the Alliance for Continuing Education in the Health Professions must obtain your agreement to the following:

  1. 1.    I hereby assign to the Alliance for Continuing Education in the Health Professions the right to publish my work.
  2. 2.    I confirm that this work is my original work* and will not violate the rights of any other parties.
  3. 3.    I hereby grant permission to the Alliance for Continuing Education in the Health Professions to identify me as the author or co-author.
  4. 4.    I hereby grant the Alliance for Continuing Education in the Health Professions the right to use my name, likeness, photograph and biographical information in connection with the advertising, publicity or promotion of the work in Alliance for Continuing Education in the Health Professions’ publications on a perpetual, sublicensable, royalty-free basis. Other than the attribution I will receive as author of the work, I understand that I will receive no other compensation for the rights granted to the Alliance for Continuing Education in the Health Professions in this agreement.

   I Agree with the Right to Publish Agreement *

**If the work has been published elsewhere, please let us know immediately so we can determine whether it is an appropriate work for the Alliance for Continuing Education in the Health Professions to republish on Almanac. Please list the previous publication dates and sources.

 

Submission Checklist

Before you submit, please confirm your submission adheres to the following guidelines:

  •     All peer-reviewed references are cited. *
  •     The submitted article is approximately 700-1,500 words, excluding references. If it has fewer or more words, the article is complete and I understand the Almanac Editorial Board will review and provide recommendations. *
  •     The submitted article aligns, to the best of the submitter's knowledge, to the Alliance for Continuing Education in the Health Professions contributor guidelines linked to the beginning of this form. *
